Remember when the media ridiculed a certain football player a few years ago for kneeling to pray on the field? They said he shouldn't bring his personal beliefs onto the football field, and should just do his job as a player on the team. Yet he wasn't demeaning or insulting anyone, he was only wanting to thank God for his blessings on his life.

Now, the same media is labeling other players as heroes for kneeling on the field, although for very different reasons. But unlike kneeling for prayer, kneeling to protest the National Anthem is completely disrespectful to those who have fought and died to protect our liberty and freedom. They shouldn't be considered heroes, they should be called out for insulting the brave men and women who stand in harm's way each and every day to protect our country.
